At Gussy Jewelry Store, we ensure that every product is carefully crafted and delivered after thorough quality checks.

No Returns / Refunds for Undamaged Items: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on jewellery unless the product is delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

Eligible Returns: If your order arrives damaged or you receive a different product than what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement.

Reporting Issues: Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, a full refund or replacement (as per your request) will be processed. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized jewellery, custom designs, and items purchased during special clearance sales are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or wrong.

Product Availability
We strive to ensure that all products listed on our platform are accurately represented and available for purchase. However, inventory may fluctuate due to high demand or delays in stock updates. As a result, some items may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

Order Cancellation Due to Stock Unavailability
In the event that a product becomes out of stock after your order has been created, Gussy Store reserves the right to cancel the order in full or partially. Customers will be notified via email or in-app message if their order is affected.

Pricing & Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or product inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted. In such cases, the customer will be informed and refunded accordingly. -
